Representatives of 14 Tomsk small and medium-sized enterprises are presenting their production and advanced developments to Indian partners (Kerala state) in the framework of business mission hosted by Tomsk CCI with the support of Tomsk Region's Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development.
Participants of the delegation are representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises among which are Smet Ltd, Aqvelite Ltd, Iphar Ltd, EleSy-Pro Ltd, Tomiar Ltd, MFO-Komponenty Ltd, Tomskgiprotrans CJSC and others.
Attendance of the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in India Yaroslav Tarasyuk at the business events especially arrived for participation from Delhi to Kerala makes this business visit significant.
The visit of Tomsk delegation is one of the main event in the business life of State. Information about Tomsk region and business events is announced by the largest Indian business association – Confederation of Indian Industry, Trade Representation of the Russian federation in India, Federation of Indian CCIs and local media sources.
The first part of business program was realized in the capital of Kerala State - Thiruvananthapuram. Russian businessmen were given the red carpet treatment. Russian delegation was received by Chief Minister of Kerala state Mr. Oommen Chandy and Chief Secretary of the Ministry of Industry and IT Mr. P.H.Kurian. Delegation conducted negotiations with representatives of the National Center of Biotechnologies named after Rajiv Gandhi, Honorary consul of Russia in Thiruvananthapuram Mr. Ratish Nair. Besides that, delegates visited largest Thiruvananthapuram companies thanks to Dr.Abhilash Pillai - long-time Indian partner of Tomsk CCI in the meetings' organization.
Indian partners were very interested in the production and developments of Tomsk enterprises.

Business mission is organized by Regional Center of Export Support of Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of Tomsk Region's Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development and Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in India under the regional program of business development.
